Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping at Amaci! We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns and Exchanges Policy will guide you through the process.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Send an email to eyes@www.amaci.com.au – OR –
  2. Visit our contact us page and submit a form.

We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

Return/Exchange Eligibility

Items are eligible for return or exchange if:

  • They were purchased within the last 30 days.
  • They are in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • They haven’t been used, worn, altered, washed or damaged.

Please note that you’re responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

If you purchased a bundle deal, you will be refunded the discounted amount only.

For exchanges, once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll ship out your new item(s). Please allow up to 14 business days for the exchanged product to reach you.
